Product Returns Policy

Please email us at thewoodlandfairyvt@gmail.com to request a return and refund from our customer service department. In email, please mention reason for return.
Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Returns must be reported within 10 days of receiving your order. If any damage is found upon inspection of your order, you must save the original carton and packing materials and email customer service.   We do not accept returns on seasonal merchandise, or hygiene products. We do not accept returns on used products, unsealed products, or burned products. Shipping fees on return items are non-refundable. The return shipping on the original item will be at the customer's expense.  Once The Woodland Fairy receives and inspects the product, please allow 5-7 business days for refund to reflect back into your account.
