Once your order is processed by our shipping department, you will receive a shipment email, along with your tracking number, within an hour from the time it is processed by our shipping department. During periods of heavy order volume, we may also process shipments at night and on the weekends. Orders shipped on Saturday or Sunday will not be picked up until Monday by the respective carrier, however, you will still receive an email that your order has shipped.
Tracking your order is simple! Once your order has been shipped, an email with your tracking number will be emailed to you. Tracking numbers may also be found in your order history online, found on your My Account page.
Please Note: As a result of the COVID-19 pandemic, please factor in any shipping delays the carriers may be experiencing when placing orders during this time, as these delays are out of our control.
